1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ChatNbills, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ChatNbills is a document automation platform that allows businesses to generate PDF invoices, quotations, and receipts from WhatsApp messages. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per business. You may not share your account with others.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ChatNbills.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • The Free plan is limited to 5 documents per month.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • Extra document packs (top-ups) are one-time payments and non-refundable once used.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChatNbills to:

  • Generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.
  • Violate any applicable Malaysian laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp.
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

6. Document Accuracy

ChatNbills uses AI to extract data from WhatsApp messages. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before sending them to customers. ChatNbills is not liable for errors in AI-extracted data.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data, logos, and documents. You grant ChatNbills a limited licence to process and store this data solely to provide the service. ChatNbills retains ownership of the platform, software, and branding.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, or technical failures. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, ChatNbills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain unpaid. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ChatNbills after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
